Privacy and personal data policy
This document explains what data may be used when you visit or contact the website, why it is needed and who to contact with a privacy request. The website is designed around data minimisation.

2. Data that may be used
When contacting us, you may provide your name and a short description of the task. Your selected Telegram or WhatsApp chat, or the email address you use, becomes the reply channel. Do not submit sensitive information, identity documents, payment details or health information.
The hosting provider and Yandex Metrica may automatically process technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, referral source, pages viewed, access time and technical logs.
3. How the forms work
Website form content is not stored in the website’s own database. When you press a send button, the website prepares a message and opens your chosen Telegram or WhatsApp application.
Your details are transferred only after you confirm the message inside that messenger. Further processing is governed by the selected service’s terms and privacy policy.
4. Purposes and legal bases
Details are used to respond, arrange a call, understand the task and, where relevant, prepare a proposal, enter into and perform a contract, or meet mandatory legal requirements.
Processing is based on your voluntary consent, steps you request before a possible contract, performance of a contract and applicable legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time.
5. Technical data and browser settings
The website uses basic Yandex Metrica statistics to review page traffic and technical errors. Session recording and click maps are disabled.
Yandex Metrica and the hosting provider may set cookies and process technical identifiers required for analytics, security, traffic management and page delivery. Browser local storage is also used to remember the selected language.
6. Recipients and international transfers
Details are not sold or shared for third-party advertising. They may be processed only by services needed to analyse, deliver and secure the website or deliver a message you choose to send: Yandex Metrica, the hosting provider, Telegram, WhatsApp and the email provider.
Those services may process data in other countries. Transfers are limited to what is required for the selected service and stated purposes, subject to applicable cross-border data requirements.
7. Retention
The website does not retain form fields in its own database. Conversations and working documents are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, discuss and perform a project, keep required accounts, resolve a dispute or comply with law.
Technical security and delivery logs are retained within the periods set by the hosting provider and its policies.
8. Your rights

Deletion may be limited where certain records must be retained to perform a contract, keep mandatory accounts, resolve a dispute or comply with law.
9. Security and changes
Reasonable organisational and technical safeguards are used. No internet, email or messenger transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
This policy may be updated if the website, communication methods, services or applicable requirements change. The current version is always published on this page.
